Membership Information

Membership in BCC is open to anyone who loves the game of golf and application forms for membership may be obtained at the business office. Applicants applying for a Voting

membership require the sponsorship of two Voting members, a payment of a $250 non-refundable application fee, and are required to become Social Wait List Members (and pay the prevailing annual Social Wait List Member dues and clubhouse monthly minimums) in order to be maintained on the wait-list.

If, upon invitation, the wait-listed Applicant enters as a Voting member, the required BCC initiation fee will be reduced by 50% of the cumulative amount of annual Social Wait List Membership dues paid while the Applicant was on the waiting list. A wait-listed Applicant is allowed a one-year deferral for membership with no loss of priority if asked to join BCC during the Spring "invitation for membership" season. In the event of a second decline the following season, that Applicant’s name will be removed from the wait-list.

If an Applicant wishes that his/her spouse join the club at the same time as a Non-Voting Member, the spouse must also submit an application at the same time and pay a non-refundable application fee of $100. Please note that spouses not entered on the wait-list will not be able to enter the club in the same year as the new member. Spouses of Applicants on the waiting-list are also Social Members whether or not they are applicants for Non-Voting membership.

The waiting list for new members with no prior affiliation with the club is determined strictly in the order from the date at which the application was received. BCC’s wait-list priority policy in which prior members and spouses of current members have priority over new members is subject to change by the Board of Directors without notice.
