Burlington Country Club is an in-demand venue for wedding receptions, private parties, business meetings and luncheons.

With panoramic views of Vermont's Green Mountains, our ballroom, grillroom and terrace create an ambiance unlike any other.

We specialize in catering to only one wedding at a time. Holiday parties, corporate functions, reunions, and rehearsal dinners are all part of our expertise.

Capacity

A capacity of 140 guests may be accommodated using the ballroom and terrace (weather permitting) for events starting after 3:00 p.m.

An approximate capacity of 200 guests may be accommodated using the entire facility with a late afternoon starting time.

Event Rates and Terms

A $1000.00 deposit is required to reserve a date for your event. Once a date is reserved, an appointment is necessary to discuss preliminary arrangements. Final arrangements are to be made one month prior to your event. Terms, payments and guarantees are outlined in a contract specifically designed for your event.

All non-Burlington Country Club members are subject to a room rental fee or set-up fee. If large fluctuations in guest counts occur, Burlington Country Club reserves the right to reassign function space.

All prices are subject to a 19 percent service charge and state/city meals tax on food and beverage. Any tax-exempt organization must present a copy of the Vermont Resale and Exempt Organization Certificate of Exemption.
