Membership

Provides the member with playing privileges on our premier 18 hole golf course and full use of our practice facilities as well as bag storage, locker and complimentary shoe service. A member's immediate family will have access to our clubhouse, dining facilities, social venues and pool. Children up to the age of 21 will qualify for a Junior Golf Membership at the rates listed below. Individual Members are assessed a one-time non-refundable initiation fee upon joining the club of $3,375, if paid in one payment; or $3,500, if paid in two installments. Annual dues for the 2012 golf season are $3,600 and at the member's option can be paid via direct deposit in 10 monthly installments from January through October.

Additional Charges:
Individual Members are obligated to spend a minimum of $50 per month ($400 annually) from April through November at the club on food.

Annual dues for the 2012 golf season are $6,700 and at the member's option can be paid via direct deposit in 10 monthly installments from January through October.

A family is obligated to spend a minimum of $100 per month ($800 annually) from April through November at the club on food.

Available to the sons and daughters of Individual or Family Members who have not reached their 22nd birthday. Junior Members have limited access to the golf course. There is no charge for children up to the age of 15. Dues for the first child ages 16-21 are $375 and $200 for each additional child. There are no initiation fees, assessments or clubhouse minimums for Junior Members.

Available to any individual between the ages of 22 and 34. Intermediate Members have limited access to the golf course and full use of the practice facilities, clubhouse, dining facilities, social venues and pool. Dues for Intermediate Members for 2012 are a percentage of the annual Individual Member dues as follows: Ages 22-25 annual dues are $1,085 or approximately 30%; Ages 26-29 annual dues are $1,395 or approximately 40%; and Ages 30-34 annual dues are $2,325 or approximately 65%. All Intermediate Members will have 30% of the annual dues applied towards the Individual Membership initiation fee on a non-refundable basis. Intermediate Members will not be subject to past assessments, but will be subject to the monthly clubhouse minimums of $50 per month ($400 annually) from April through November and future assessments as determined by the Board of Directors. Facilities access and golfing privileges will be restricted as governed by the Golf Committee.

The initiation fee banking is cumulative, but once an Intermediate member leaves Burlington Country Club they forfeit any amount accumulated. Upon reaching age 35, they are subject to remitting any difference between the amount accumulated as an Intermediate Member and the initiation fee the year they desire to move to Individual Member status. The Intermediate category shall not have any priority on the Individual/Family Membership waiting list and this category will be capped to the first 50 members, subject to periodic adjustment by the Board of Directors.

Social Members and their immediate families have use of the clubhouse, dining facilities, social venues and pool. There are no golfing privileges associated with a Social Membership. Annual dues for 2012 are $625 and there is a monthly clubhouse minimum of $50 per month ($400 annually) from April through November.
